How to get

Can be acquired during the Event.

Ability

  • Enemies attacking a target with Electrocute take damage on hit. End of turn: Gains Electrocute 187 Damage dealt icon.png
  • Increases health (can exceed the maximum value). Allied Freeman spawns: Gains +192 Health icon.png
  • Deals damage to the target. Attacks: Deals 348 Damage dealt icon.png to the melee enemies
